We aim to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- COD orders may require a confirmation call before processing
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently deliver all across Pakistan
- We do not ship internationally at this time
3. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number
- You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status
- If you face any issue with tracking please contact our support team
6. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to wrong address or unavailability of customer, the order may be returned
- Please make sure your address and contact number are correct at the time of order
- Our team will contact you to reschedule if a delivery attempt fails
7. Damaged During Shipping
- If your product arrives damaged or broken please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy
